Dream high for dreaming is for free. Let it happen through you, so always do something new. Almost everything now in our lives needs change, development or some simple modification. These things prove that we are living in a cyber world, growing so fast, competitive and sometimes seem to be a brain cracking place to think. Thus, we tend to push ourselves for a continuous learning. Education system is one of the fields which craved and still longing for the best value that progress can offer. Teaching learning process is a certain area of education which needs this change. Government, curriculum planners, administrators and staffs, school community, students and mostly educators are the individuals who can lead the way for this course. Are we now talking about teacher? Teaching has given its impression of being the most noble of the entire human endeavor. There are some who are made to be, taught to be and some “teacher-teacheran” Being in this kind of profession is so imposing yet sometimes tiring because of having too much stress; deadlines, peer pressures, students and even small things like checking and recording examinations needs a lot of love and devotion for you to stay stand out. Putting into practice this profession for ten years still is considered as neophyte of this task but doesn’t hinder to see the walls blocking the way of having a quality education. So many hands constructed the wall, putting the finest rocks into proper positions and arrangement. Constructed as if it was for good –though there are some keeps unmoving- but behind it is a crack waiting its chance to clash down .Rocks are being oriented first, and then given the task for their respective undertakings. We need to accept the fact that more than a few are still standing stagnant in a system of being “ningas kugon.” Leading the rocks to lose control; self-control, making the system affected and worst suffered for an expected outcome. There are rocks still longs to be used in an outstanding project (pay more patience), while few holds for their dream, leaving what they have promised –to produce good, blessed and the best of their creation. Poor little rocks wait others to replace him (hoping it will be soon), and others remain ruined and continuous to build blocks with their own hoping that being “alone” can provide a better world No man is an island sir/ma’am, we are here!). Who’s to blame with this discord? If there’s any, the answer must be or maybe, “all of us.” Because if we knew that there is a crack, why not fix it before it affects the entire foundation, or if we never knew it at all why not check the rocks once in a while? Too much trust? Ignorance? Prevention is better than cure. We are all responsible for each action, for each one of us. So why blame others instead of blaming ourselves first? (Dare! no one will certainly do this.) Give no chance for blaming, there are so many indispensable ventures we can do. Things which may not be that easy for us to accomplish but will definitely lead us to success. All rocks bear with this, “The only purpose of education as well as a teacher is to teach a student how to live his life by developing his mind and equipping him to deal with reality. Not to control neither to ruin their lives, this is the real scenario happening, we, teachers are not only teaching them but we merely demand them, unconsciously lead them to more complicated things like confusion. Once they are taught to think, to understand, to integrate, to prove, he has taught the essentials of knowledge discovered in the past and so he has to be equipped to acquire further knowledge by his own effort” Everyone is yearning for a timely transformation in all the educative system. Altogether, rocks, let’s all HOPE, FOCUS, and MOVE! for this aspiration we are all working in. Let’s Rock!
