Throughout the ages, man’s ambition is to succeed. Others have been fortunate but many meet their waterloos at an early age.

Challenges come hand in hand with our everyday life. Stiff competitions, pressures, connections and most of all, money makes a weak man stops but a man with will power, courage and perseverance continues. I’m sure you have heard or read about mountain climbers. Before pursuing their goals, they already have a background of the dangers and hazards of the trail. Seminars are conducted, leaflets and other parahernalia for their own information and comments: these are just to prepare them before any encounter.

Let us have a clear overview of our mission. The upward trek is very dangerous, as we compare it with our pursuit of higher education. In the first place, are we really armed with the necessary tools and equipment? Have we painted a rough scenario of the year, the accommodations, the books, the equipment, and other things that will be needed for the course that we have to pursue? These are just rough overview of our everyday needs in pursuing our career, so if you don’t have the guts, the will power and the courage to overcome these trails, you are at a loss. These are just the beginning of what I have written before. That we must be firm with our decision, completed with hard work, dignity and most of all, our faith in God.
