Lack of educational achievement is one of the factors affecting unemployment, the lower the level of education achieved, the less likely that the people will be employed. So it is very important for a country to have 100% education among the people.
Goodqualityeducation, provided by trained and supported teachers, is the right of all children, youth and adults. The skills, knowledge, values and attitudes that learning and teaching promote must reflect and respond to the needs and expectations of individuals. However, the shortage of qualified teachers, overcrowded classrooms, lack of teaching materials and poor-quality curricula are common challenges for the educational sector in many schools. Seeking ways of attending to these problems will help a lot in improving the education. In that way, no one will be incompetent to compete globally and achieved education as well.
