Unquestionably, teachers are the foundation of the educational system. Without them, “business education” cannot be transacted. The majority of the time in a school setting, the student’s preparedness is always questioned and given emphasis, but the instructors’ readiness is assumed. However, it is clear that teacher preparedness is equally crucial. Pajitha (2022) gave a composite picture of what teacher readiness means;
a clear mind, the ability to approach the learning material in novel ways, a desire for self-discovery, the willingness to go above and beyond to maximize learning, the ability to overcome all obstacles and barriers in the pursuit of excellence, and the willingness to step outside of one’s “comfort zone” by adopting unconventional teaching methods to facilitate learning. —– Indeed, readiness of the teachers should be given prime importance in order to achieve quality education. They are also an important tool so teaching and learning process succeed. All the different aspects, emotional, physical, mental being of the teachers should be strongly secured.
