1. Regard teaching as a dignified profession. We have a big contributions to our society beingthe moulders of the mind and values of our young citizens. There will be  no successful professionals not being handled by the teachers. Teaching is considered as the noblest profession because we prepared individuals to be ready in adjusting to life challenges and contributors to the development of our country.

2. Teaching is elevated to profession not anymore a vocation. With the enactment of a new law that requires teachers to take Board Exams. We are now levelled to other professions unlike before, now we already have the professional license that equate us to some other professions.

3. Salary and compensation. Teachers are now receiving higher salaries and enjoying extra benefits than other jobs. Private and public school teachers receive salary while on vacation for more than two months. Other jobs just have fifteen days vacation and sick leave equivalent to one month.

4. Respect and Recognition. Teachers are well respected and recognized by his students anywhere and anytime he meets them. Students usually greet their teachers the time they got the chance to see and meet them. They owe part of their achievement to their teachers from elementary, high school and up to college. They usually recognized the contributions of their teachers to their present success.

5.Professional Growth. Teacher to stay updated with the fast changes in development because of the advancement of technology always update himself by attending seminars, enrolled in courses in Masteral and Doctoral degree, read magazines and news bulletin, watch international T.V. programs  to keep abreast  of the latest events in the world.
