Learning is a never ending process, especially for teachers.  Graduate degree is not only a necessary qualification for members of the teaching force but also a means to advance in the profession.  Whatever a teacher learns from graduate studies can be shared with the future pupils together with the new techniques and approaches on how to tackle an educational problem.

A teacher who undergoes further studies adds values to the “teaching by example philosophy” which enables a teacher to impart the value of continuing education to the younger generation.  This can be taken as another step in molding the new generation of pupils and inculcate in them the importance of achieving more beyond college education.

Today’s state of education calls for teachers who are equipped with advance knowledge and a readiness to explore other possibilities outside of the usual classroom set-up.  Graduate studies enable the teacher to come up with innovative approaches which will be beneficial to the education needs of the pupils without giving unnecessary stress to the teacher.  Graduate studies make the teacher more prepared to meet the demands of the ever-changing education curriculum in education.
