Teaching is like a race.  Everything must be preferred and everything must be ready.  All strategies and resources must be plotted in order to keep going in the race called teaching.  Teachers may face challenges and obstacles,perhaps a change in course and many unexpected barriers throughout the year.  But,with motivation and realistic goals we can run the race with confidence.  Teachers must play a vital role in making teaching an effective one.  They should continue the race going to a quality education.  So teachers, let’s go and teach by heart.
