In all different aspects of life, no one can deny that we are constantly
going with numbers. With this general premise, we have to assume that
learning mathematics in school is only limited to a particular class subject
that a student is obligated to pass before the school year ends.
Aside from spending the learning time consumed in getting the
coveted passing marks, the realization of its beneficial use in our daily
activities goes beyond all the effort.
Our might as well play with the thought that mathematics is never out
of all educational studies ever since it started from the kinder grade up to
finishing a college course. With this in mind, the study of math is truly
indispensable for every learner.
In view of this, every learner should realize that math lessons do not
end in the classroom as most students casually think of it. For varied
reasons, it has become common observation because not all learners of the
past and present are able to keep a diligent interest in exploring more about
the wonders of numbers.
Foe all intent and purposes, once the math study branches out to the
likes of algebra, trigonometry, and calculus the interest to learn further
visibly wanes down from the proper perspective.
Given this predicament, parallel studies and further researches can be
helpful in uncovering the root cause of the learner’s concern. Measuring the
level of grasps in math comprehension in the laddered stages of learning
can also be given due to diligence and consideration.
More importantly, it has to be established that learning about
numbers in school is not an ordeal, but a potent tool which can make
learners draw better of their future. Once their interests are tapped and as
they learn to go with numbers, they will grow with it.
