It is essential for a teacher to treat others with love, care, compassion and respect. As a result, this will help him establish interpersonal relations with them and it would be easier to work with them for the common purpose or goal.
In the classroom setting, every child must see and feel the good interpersonal intelligence of his/her teacher in order to sense a pleasant and inviting classroom ambiance to be yielded by the teacher with a great smile and sincere care.
Interpersonal relation that is good particularly in the field of education can create a better impact and impression to the learners, parents and to the rest of stakeholders. In this way, they would feel the warmth of the teacher in dealing with everybody in the everyday matters and concerns.
