Good relationships must be established in the school.  If the manpower are not in good terms the organization will fail.  Other individuals vie for fame, authority and power and most importantly for others, are the material possessions.  The primary and most precious resource in an organization like a school is the people that compose the school that affect the everyday interaction of teachers with co-workers and when teachers value their co-workers, students and school administrator, the result will be happiness, peace and harmonious relationships. Good relationships in the school can be very inspiring for the teachers.  They will be inspires to teach, to study in the graduate school and they will perform well, that will result to increased achievement level.  Moral degeneration is far from reality.

Good relationships are achieved by focusing to people’s aspects. Giving importance to them is a must.  Whatever decision is to be executed by the school principal he/she must involve the people in the organization. The school head makes decision about the concerns of the school almost every day, whenever a challenge, a problem arise, especially when it concerns people.

The teachers and the principal can establish valued human relationships by establishing an untarnished or unblemished communication process with each other ;meaning, the opinions, ideas, messages, concerns are conveyed clearly ,most probably through Faculty meetings, Dialogues, Conferences and other activities that involve the school principal and the teachers. Always put in mind the words of Wes Smith, a writer, “At some point in your life your family will be all you have. Treat them right.”A school is likened to a family, why not treat everyone right.  Consider it your own family.
