In the attainment of a healthy body, one must achieve a healthy mind. This proves that the state of mind affects one’s body. Whenever the mind is in a healthy condition, a healthy body may be achieved.
The mind is truly powerful. It has a great influence on our body. The thought that comes from the mind may release positive or negative effects on one’s emotion and if this happens the body may execute the dominant feeling. This connotes that the mind may command what a person may feel and execute in real situations.
Furthermore, the various positive feelings manifested from the mind may bring happiness, inspiration and motivation like in the case of the learner. When these emotions are imbibed, they will affect the physical condition of the person. This is normally evident among the students in school who excel because they are filled with positivity as they cross the journey in learning.
In another point, the learners in school must be free from stress because if they have a relaxed state of mind, this would affect the way they move and perform the activities in the classroom. If they have a healthy mind, thus, a healthy body may be achieved. It is just having a domino effect in one person’s condition.
The congruency between a healthy mind and a healthy body may also be explained on how a person handles a particular situation. The harmony between the two may be acquired if someone considers any challenge in life as beneficial to one’s development and growth. This just means that we must set a good outlook or perspective in life.
Moreover, the increase in one’s state of mind may activate one’s bodily power. If the person acquired the essential knowledge to survive and to live life fruitfully then the power to move and perform things follows. It is undeniable that the mind motivates and influences one’s bodily conditions and actions.
In addition, the balance of mind and body should be aspired. Establish a good connection between these two. When the mind practices good stress management then the body may have the benefits. Likewise, if someone is free from thinking the problems and worries, the immune system of the body would be healthy.
Having the good manipulation of one’s thinking may also manage the energy coming from the body. This is proven in the way we set things with proportionate effort and not too much thinking.
Truly, when the mind thinks, the body executes. When one has a healthy mind, a healthy body is possibly achieved.
