Being honest will give you mental peace. Being honest are the word of courage and pride.  One should never be less than honest.       

A  teacher has to be the role model for the students throughout his career.  They should work with honesty and display a strong moral character. If a teacher is able to function in an honest way, there is no doubt about the fact that he will be able to achieve the education vision and goals of the twenty-first century.

A school must have an emphasis on the policy with regards on the development of strong, open, trustful and committed relationships among all the teachers, students and principal. Honesty is the best policy and it should be followed by everyone.
