1.Maintain a positive mental attitude – We can do this by always looking at the brighter side of life and always trust people around us. Think about things that are pure and lovely and dwell on fine things in others.
2.Be Realistic– Don’t expect too much from others, learn to appreciate simple things. If you are expecting too much and your expectations were not met thatwill be the cause of frustrations. Everyone experience disappointments, take that as learning that will prevent you from committing another mistakes next time around.
3.Release Your Stress– You can engage on different activities that will help you forget your problem and disappointments like out of town tour, shopping, computer games, going out with families or just simple as attending church mass.
4.Check off Your tasks and activities – Avoid multi- tasking that can be overwhelming that may result to not accomplishing anything . Make alist of what tasks you have to do and do it one at a time. You will have a good quality of work done because it is a product of well plan work activities.
5.Maintain Good health – Always see to it that you are always in the best of health as the saying goes “ Health is Wealth “. Visit doctors regularly if your health condition is not okey.Sleep and proper nutrition is also essential to your health. Lack of sleep and nutrition can cause irritability and exhaustion and also diminish our ability to cope up and manage stressful situations.
5. Share your stress – You can share your stress to a close friend or a family members who can give you good advised and suggestions on how to deal with stressful problems.Knowing when to ask for help may avoid more serious problem later.
6. Stay calm and relax always – being positive that a program or activity will have a good result will keep you calm and relax, sometimes we think negative that things will not turn alright to what is should be, to avoid this we over prepare that cause us too much stress.
7. Avoid Confrontation – When you arein theheight of anger against someone, do not confront a person that cause your anger because it will cause you to be more in trouble with the person. Wait till your anger subsided so that you can think of a nice way in dealing with the person. It will be much better to talk to him in a nice way than uttering bad words against him.
8.Change your environment – You cannot just transfer to anyplace you wanted to be just to feel comfortable, what I mean with the change of environment is to visit a place that will give you peace of mind and can think of fine things that will help you change your negative appreciations regarding your workplace. Sometimes going to a place and see other things make us see the difference, that you are much luckier from others and your place is much better than theirs.
