People spend their whole life trying to achieve “SUCCESS” striving for fame, fortune, money, power and earthly things but when you think about it – what is the real meaning of “SUCCESS” anyway? For some people, it is how much money they have in the bank, driving an expensive and fancy car, sending their kids to the best schools or having power and influence. But no matter how high a status you reach in the eyes of others nothing is more important than the value of your SOUL! The Bible say’s in Mark 8:36-37, “What do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul? Is anything worth more than your soul?” The devil uses the trappings in this world to blind you from what really matters and that is;“STAYING CLOSER TO GOD”! You can’t imagine how much you mean to our Heavenly Father until you think of His great sacrifice on Calvary. Only then you can start to think how much you mean to Him. So, if you’re wondering how much is your soul worth? Well, Jesus loves you so much for He left the splendor of heaven just to give His life, sacrificing and dying on a cross so that you can live with Him for all eternity and you couldn’t pay a higher priceof more than that!

         I believethe happiness of heaven with Christ, is enough to make up for the loss of life itself for Him, so the gain of allthe world in sin, will not make up for the ruin of the soul by sin. And there is a day coming, when the cause of Christ will appear as glorious, as some now think it mean and contemptible. May we think of that season, and view every earthly object as we shall do at that great day.
