It is observable that not all learners can easily learn. There are challenges which are to be faced by the students. Too much lecture on concepts and principles are two burdening not only on the eyes but also in the mind of the learners.
The power of art can help in this way. In order to avoid confusion, frustration and depression on the part of the learner, the influence and command of art like drawings, pictures and visual arts can be inviting and stimulating.
Furthermore, the arts simplify the presentation of ideas thus creating a picture of comprehension in the mind of the individual.
Let’s take for instance in the pre-school education, the young learners easily grasp if there are pictures around.
In primary education, stories can be much interesting if there are pictures and arts posted to connect the events and identify the characters.
In the study of science, the analysis of data and concepts are easier if visual aids are assisting the textual explanation. Having concrete pictures of the ideas can be helpful in further understanding of various matters.
The visual art as brought by technology is appealing to the child of the present generation. Not only the appearance but also the movement and motion tickle their imagination in the learning process.
Engaging in much complicated and complex theories and notions can be simple and basic with the magic of art. The colors and designs brought by the art will be pleasing and attractive for the learners to feel comfortable and calm in search for knowledge.
The student’s weaknesses can be shifted to strengths once the power of art interferes with his/her learning. Art in its full impact can create visual and emotional appeal to the learners in search for information.
Art is in one with education in order to make the life of the learner as colorful as the product of art.
