                                                Teacher preparation has become one of the most contentinous areas in the modern school reform area , with the traditional schools of education .I think one of my special sauce can help a new tecaher is to have goalds or right path , well prepared practioners .

 If you are sxperienced teacher who needs to be more reminded of why you chose this profession in the first place , the secret sacuce can uplift your spirit and bring back the excitement you felt in those early years.

                                    An effective teacher must have high expectations. While unreasonable or unfair expecattions don’t position your students for success expectation that are too low don’t do them any favors either. Your students should be comfortable feeling challenged . develop instruction that requyires them to strecth to meet goals without overwheming them differentiate your teaching so that each learner is capable of meeting their own targets.

                                    Consistency and Fairness in order to create a positive learning environment your students should know what to expect each day. They should be using their brain power to learn , not adjust to disorienting changes. Routines make your scehdule smoother and students life easier. Enagaging insstruction teachers can make whatever they are teaching more interesting to their students by using avried participation structures and activity types. By having students learn through a wide range of activities as a class , in groups or partenrships or independently teachers can keep studnets on tehir toes and the calssroom energy high. Flexibilty and Responsivenss one of the tenets of teaching should be that a classroom should run smoothly amidst consatnct change.

                                     Interruptions and disruptions are the norm , but a teacher should manage tehse without their students ‘ elarning environment being affected much . A flexible attitude is important in being able to aintain composure and take control of any stituation. Even veteran teacher experience moments of panic whena lesson doesn’t go as planned or a day is thrown off track but they know that adjusting , persisting and reteaching are all part of the job.

                                    Know your learenrs is one of the most imprtant principles for a highly efefctive teacher, but neglected by many instructors as secondary delevering content as p0lanned . Some etacehrs believe that building strong relationships with each of their studenbts is nonessential , even insignificant in the grand scheme things , but this is far from the case.
