Being considered as a leader is the ultimate compliment. No wonder leadership bestows power, commands, and most important, fosters achievement. Unlike vitamins, leadership skills cant’ be gulped down, they must be cultivated.
Contrary to the popular belief, most good leaders are made, not born. They hone their skills in their everyday lives. But which do they cultivate? How do they (and how can you) get others to follows?
Here are the skills you can develop to motivate other.

Good leaders have learned to sound and look like winners. They may sometimes doubt themselves, but they don’t show it. They act as if they know where they are going.

Knowledge is power, the saying goes, and the best leaders known that their savvy and proficiency are part of their charisma. Confidence galvanizes people, and will make them look to you guidance and direction.
8. foster enthusiasm.
When people understand the importance of work, they lend their mental strengths. But when they get excited about work, all their energy gets poured into the job. That’s a massive force. The best ways to generate excitement? Be enthusiastic yourself-it’s contagious.
