For you to know, people in the school are public servants. All of us are giving service specially to students, teachers and parents. So the trouble with most people is that if they enter the office they want us to entertain them and rendered our service quickly. So the first thing that we must do is to greet them with a smile and to ask what they need and what we can do to them. Most of the teachers who are coming to the office were always “ tired , hungry and thirsty” that’s why once they ask the employee for their need s and the employee did not respond quickly to them, they feel bad and got angry. They didn’t think that people in the office are working too, for they have reports to be accomplished and to be submitted on the target date. So most probably we must understand both the situation of the teachers and the employee.
