Due to generation gap, the teachers cannot get the full attention of the learners due to some hindering factors but this scenario can be easily resolved.  The teachers should take the necessary suggestions in dealing with the present batch of learners.

Treat them as your own child.  There is no best way to win one’s heart and attention if you treat him or her as your own.  In this way, the child will be much interested in participating in the class for he or she feels important.

Always wear a pleasant aura.  The present learners love to see that their teachers are always smiling.  This makes them more at ease and contented as they go along with their studies.

Teach very well.  The teachers commanding quality in teaching are much well-respected.  The learners consider much those teachers who are educating them very well.

Show them the latest trends.  The learners at present like to see the latest in the school interaction.  They are highly motivated if they see something interesting and catchy.

Give them responsibilities.  Make them leaders in their own rights.  The learners feel confident and active when they are empowered to lead others for a common goal.

Make them shine in the class.  Let them achieve something in the class by exhibiting their skills and talent.  Consequently, they will shine and will soar high.

Have them express their feelings.  Give them freedom to say what they have in their minds and hearts.  It is a good practice in them if they are true and realistic.

Advise them well.  Bestow them with good advice to guide their ways.  Give them the wisdoms of life.

Be an inspiration.  Have the students be inspired due to your words and deeds.  Show them the best example in you for them to be inspired.

By following the above-mentioned ideas, you will be able to find success in dealing with the present learners.
