If you have a boss, speak well of him and stand by the institution he represents. Treat him like a “Boss” and work for him in heaven’s sake. You must be loyal to him. According to Elbert Hubbard, “Remember an ounce of loyalty is worth a pound of cleverness” If your boss is telling something and explaining to you, do not contradict him, Let him talk first and after a while explain your side. Don’t answer back and say embarrassing words in front of many. Remember the time of his birthday, and when the time comes, try to greet him in a well mannered way. Avoid unnecessary talks when your boss is talking to somebody. Feel free to contact him every time you have a problem and if necessary. Try to defend him in time of trouble. Do not by pass him in every decision. Always be prepared when he calls you and lastly do not betray him. In this way, we can build good rapport between you and your boss.
