A Co-Worker is the one who made the assign task if ever we are absent. They are the  onewho help us if ever we have  a problem in financial , they are a shoulder to lean on. If you are down and in trouble, they are the one who advise and support  us. So if we are in the office, they are our brothers and sisters and must respect each other. If we have some problems in our works try to understand each other. We have to assist them in time of need. We have to defend them  in time of trouble.  We should not say bad words if they are absent.  We should not be hypocrite when we are talking to them. We should not judge them if ever they made a mistake. Try to console them in every affliction. Help them in all needs and embarrassment. And if we have knowledge  to impart, we should not be selfish in sharing it to them. We should avoid “crab mentality” thinking that they will overcome your ability. And no matter how hard it is to please our co-workers, we should be patient and understanding in dealing with them.
