Teachers has difficulties in imposing discipline to her students because of different attitudes  and behavior  they already have. Teachers sometimes get mad , throw bad words and sometimes if she failed to adopt an effective way of dealing with students unusual behaviour they quit teaching.

Here are some important tips on how to develop positive attitude to your students.

1. Treat each student as special one even he has negative attitudes. Instead of being mad of his negative attitude try to find out the reason. You talk to him personally and explain to him that what he is doing is not good and convince him not to do the same thing  because his behaviour can affect your teaching and also his classmates.

2. Give extra love and attention to those with negative attitude. The reason why they are creating troubles within the classroom is that they want to get extra attention. Parents who failed to give love and attention to their children has a negative effects on them.

3. Be understanding to your student shortcomings always remember that they are not yet fully mature to understand everything. The mistakes they have committed is because they lack understand importance of the importance of developing right attitude towards other people.

4. Identify the weakness and strength of your students – Students have strengths and weaknesses help them to make their weakness be their strengths and enhance more the strengths. You can give them duties and responsibilities where we can utilize their talents to be productive.

5. Encourage them to join different school activities, contest, clubs, sports etc. that best suit their talents. We must give every students a chance to prove themselves that they have talents capable of achieving their goals in life, only they were not given a chance to show and prove it.

6. Think of a school program where we could employ the talents of these students so that they will not experience boredom or depression not being recognized nor invited to participate in any school activities. If they are always involved in different programs and activities we are able to help them develop their skills also their self- confidence.
