Many students gave personal reasons for leaving school, which included the need to get a job, parenthood, peer pressure and  having to care for family members.

It’s been confirmedthat the number one reason why most students leave of school is a lack of purpose .
Lack of purpose refers to a lack of comprehensible ,convincing reasons for  which results in the mishandling and abuse of a limited resource called time. As a teacher, you  have a lot of things  to undertake  and your job is to make sure that your students do not fall victim to this well-knownwrongdoer.

The reality is there’s  so much we can do to emotionally attach with our student and save them from their own downfall. In short , there are so many things beyond our direct control.

Need to get a job, lack of family support, peer pressure, and social problems are all factors that can harmfully influence the school success formula for each student in our class.

However, there are indeed some things you can control in the classroom that can offset a lot of the depressing issues students face outside of the classroom. The best thing you can do for your students is to model success in the classroom.

In other words, make our classes relevant. Be sure students see how the content relates to them and the world around them.shareour own methods, stories, strategies, and ideas for success.
If you’re currently stressed with a lack of motivation, tell them so, and agree to work through it with them as a participant in the class, not just as a teacher. The level of trust we will build with your students will be endless, and at the same time, you will grow as a professional.

The solution is that you must have passion for the material and concepts you’re teaching. No one is going to believe the courier if she doesn’t believe in the message – they’re undividable.

Educate  and lead by example. Provide opportunities for students to speak . Assure your students of their self worth by separating them from their problems. Constantly remind them that failure is not permanent, but neither is success.
