Teachers don’t teach for free and as they get paid for their duty like others doing any job in this world. Why it is said the teachers should be respected more than others. but we see they are too much caring about the children who attend their tuition classes. I am not talking about few expectionalteachers. I dobelievethat one of the most excellent ways to bring in a student’s respect in the classroom is by becoming the kind of person your students want you to be. Set another means, if your students don’t want “to become” then you don’t need “to be” there. For us to gain respect from our students we must be good of what we do, honor what we say and be a role model for others, However ,most teachers are good role models for children to follow. They genuinely care about children. They have worked long and hard to gain the knowledge and skills to teach. They continue to teach and care in spite of being under stress and pressure and criticism from multiple facets of society who have no idea what schools are like today or what it feels like to be a teacher. Teachers deserve and earn respect by what they are and what they do.
They are not teaching just for the money. If that were true, they would not be teaching. The truth is…times have changed. Long gone are the days when a teacher’s presence alone demanded respect – from students as well as parents.
