A good leader conveys command and respect. He is competitive and knowledgeable. He shows enthusiasm in fulfilling his responsibility. He also conscientious and diligent. He finishes his tasks ahead of time. Furthermore he has positive outlooks in life and can overcome trials or challenges that hinder his way. Success in every endeavour described his leadership.
