Bullying is now rampant in the school.  Study said that almost 700-800 incidents of bullying incidents  were reported last year.  And there is a tendency that it  will  increase because of the ignorance of some students on its effects and causes.

It is good to know that  DEPEDintroduced and implemented  Child Protection Policy  among schools in the elementary and secondary levels.  Students were being  informed about the protection they can get in the school.

Aside from this let me add some tips on how to cope, lessen  and  overcome any form of bullying;

  1.   Be Friendly
  2. Ignore the bullied
  3.  Stop crying and be brave
  4.  Always listen to the advice of the teacher.
  5.  Keep yourself healthy

If you have many friends you  feel secured and protected.  Nobody can hurt you because he or she  knows how important  you are in the group.

There are some students who are really naughty.  What  can make them happy they do it even they can affect the feelings of their classmates or co-students. Sometimes they make  the bullying unintentionally.  Refrain from staying with them.  Think that they do not exist.

Learn to face the situation.  Do not be affected easily especially if it is only a minor bullying.  Think of some ways you can adjust  or avoid it.

Your teacher knows best.  Whatever problems you have  be sure that you are in good hands.  Do not be afraid to tell your situation or experience especially if it comes with your emotional aspect.

Health is wealth.  If you are healthy you can think well and  respond to the situation fastly.  You can use your knowledge about Child  Protection Policy.
