In the field of education, teachers must remember that success is elusive if we lack endurance,since it is the power of endurance that helps a person to reach the finish line. According to Tapalla, a speech guru, that no matter how intelligent a person is, if he/she lacks endurance in his system, he cannot achieve his goals, and dreams.. She further stressed that there is no easy route to the top. There are many obstacles, hindrances along the way before a teacher can be said to be successful. There is no short cut to success, be it in teaching, or in being promoted to a higher position.
Having said all of these, a teacher must be vigilant in finding ways to surpass all these hardships to reach the unreachable dreams. The teachers need a lot of determination, imagination, and courage and of course endurance. This trait is very much-needed by a teacher to withstand difficulties, failures, disappointments and difficulties and everything tough. It is the power of endurance that will push you to go beyond the limits. Without this, the search for success is elusive, with it, the race is sure to be won.
The teachers must remember that in making their dreams come true, they need to keep praying for the Lord’s guidance and blessings. They need also to keep their hope and purpose. They must focus on the goals and the purpose.
