Relationships among school heads, teachers, learners and stakeholders are substantial value in any school. The best way to achieve good human relation in education is to follow the following tips. To wit:

Love your fellows.The initial thing to do is to love others.  In order to establish good human relations in school is to accept the people around and to treat them as your brothers and sisters.  With this kind of thinking, you will learn to love them and be able to establish good relationship or harmony with them.

Show respect.Toshow respectis very essential in achieving good human relations. You must respect the opinions and words of others for they have their own thinking and emotions.  Try to understand what feel and do and do not judge them for these.

Avoid conflict.  In school, the best way to establish good human relations is to be pleasant to everyone.  Never involve yourself in conflicts which would lead to problems.  Avoiding conflict will emanate good character thus will achieve harmony with others.

Be free from envy.Be a person who competes with your own self.  Never be envious of other’s achievement for it will lead to insecurity and would destroy human relations.  Be a person who accepts realities and who appreciates the good things in others.

Be willing to help.  Be of service to your peers most especially in school.  It is much admiring if someone is willing to serve and this will lead to good human relations.

Show good intention.  In everything you do you have to express your honest intention for it will radiate on you.  Once the people see that you are good then they will also be good to you.

Never utter negative words.Smile attracts and frown repels.  Negative words cannot help the person to establish good human relations.  Always be positive in your words.

Be a blessing to others.Be a blessing to your fellows which means that you are a person who will show good relations and be eager to be a good companion.

These are the things that one should apply in school to have good human relations.
