Organization’s strategic plan is the body of the organization, the guiding principles are its soul, so the relations between and among employees, members, leaders – is the heart of the organization.

Everybody in the organization should work collaboratively to realize the vision and mission of an organization, they are expected to contribute their maximum effort, work efficiently and effectively to reach its goals and objectives. These can only be attained through a healthy relations with and among others within the organization.

Employees who are interested in their work and in the well-being of other employees tend to be more productive than those who are not.

More so, when management is supportive, observant, and conscious of employee needs, there’s a better chance of having a workforce that shows pride in what they produce and wants to please the boss.

Much to say, anothersubstantial key to attain productivity in an organization is to establish a two-way communications between the leadership and workers. They are not as useful as the manner in which they are designed and used. They work best when they are designed and used for constructive purposes and for building better human relations.

At the end, ways of improving interpersonal relationships among employees and leaders should not be left behind in organization’s priority in order to attain productivity.
