In the early times, classes on Physical Education were considered “nothing at all” P.E. teachers simply asked their students to fall in line and do little exercises.

Actually nothing significance to one’s health, especially to students’ health, P.E. teachers gave years back.

Today the trend on Physical Education has totally changed. As a matter of fact in the Education course, Physical Education has become a part of the curriculum.

For this, it has been realized that Physical Education is an important part of the learning process and without it we would have lazy, obese and unhygienic kids. Being physically active is one role of Physical Education. But the habit to remain clean and fresh every day where kids tend to be messy and unclean is also considered in Physical Education classes.

Physical Education classes stress on the importance of regular baths, keeping fingernails clear, putting sweety clothes away for cleaning and so on, are a must in any school. Once they have that drilled into their minds, they will follow it religiously as they grow older. This isinculcated on Physical Education classes.

Healthy lifestyle is also emphasized on Physical Education. Remember parents who are not conscious about what they eat tend to automatically feed their kids unhealthy foods.

In Physical Education classes, teachers hold sessions on healthy food, habits and hygiene. Kids will know from a young age about the right and wrong kind of food.

Physical Education, to be effective P.E. teachers should show graphic representation of what they speak if, to imprint the idea even more so in the minds of children both young and old.

Surely, Physical Education teachers will mean a lot to parents for having taught their children hygiene and healthy lifestyle.
