Can ICT redefine the way we learn in the our society today?  In our society nowadays,  learning and education are shifting away from memorization and old version of learning. A much modernized way of educating a child  is through computers and focuses on the individual needs and self-expression.

We are now living in a digital world where the use of ICT has a great impact on our lives. From socialising, working, and playing. The modern age has transformed the way we educate, communicate, access information, and learn. On line population is continously increasing through a variety of means such as computers, tv, and mobile phones. On line ducation is good if it is properly excecuted by the proper authorities.

Formalized education is one of many sources in order to get the knowledge and skills we need.Education technology and other connected learning provide possibilities for the   development of skills and knowledge throughout our lives. There are many progressive schools which offers the possibilities for education technology. But, is it applicable for all students who wanted to learn?  We all know that students now are fond of computer games. Through the use of computers, they are mixing schoolwork and leisure. Almost half of the students in school use computers for leisure activites. Many students bring their own mobile phones, , laptops , tablets to school to use for the study purposes. This bring-your own-device behavior blurs the boundary between leisure and school work. It is up to the students on how they use their gadgets to be able to learn and also it depends on the progressive teachers who are turning established models of learning and education. Now, ICT is unlocking the full potential of learning and education for the benefits of our students who are now living in a so-called “digital world”.
