The role of the teachers in nation building can never be underestimated. They share a greater bulk of responsibility in molding the minds of the leaders. The responsibility given to teachers may be difficult because of many expectations the public demands of them. It is merely fact that teachers can do a lot of things specially a “ K to 12 Teacher”.

                        Being a successful teacher takes a special temperament, talent and a little effort. Here are tips that may help K to 12 Teacher to become ideal and more effective.

           

• Manage your time effectively make instruction purposive.
• Update your knowledge. Attend as many seminars and trainings as possible.
• Learn everything you can. It gives us a wide of knowledge about the world around us.
• Treat your pupils fairly and consistently. Love them regardless of their socio-economic status.
• Involve yourself in your community. Be sure that you get the interest of your community. They serve as important link and great assistance to you.
• God fearing and serve to the fullest.
• Receive the call of duty and give more efforts in molding the minds of the leaders tomorrow.
• Add new spice to your classroom activities. Be creative.
• Decorate your school so iti is comfortable and inviting.
• Employs effective strategies that helps to improve academic achievement.
• Take constant decision making because you make and unmake your pupils.
• Each of us come to care about every pupil.
• Accomplish public speaker. Communication skills are you most important asset.
• Cultivate and nourish the mind of every individual.
• Help to assure that the people you work with have the capacities for courage and insight.
• Explore the potential abilities and develop simple pupils to become effective Filipino citizens.
• Replenish your values, your dedication, and commitment to become ideal K to 12 Teacher.
