The mission given to teachers by the education system is to motivate our students to do their best and guide them to success. They must know how to encourage their students to think and ask more questions in an environment that is conducive for learning. The task given to them is the foremost occupation that requires sacrifices. When the importance of curricula is considered, the level of expertise may impact the education system. The role of a teacher will serve as a living example of what the students can become intellectually, socially, spiritually, and ethnically.

Hence, being idealist is important as it could give a big impact to our learners to become positive, competent, literate, devoted, patient, dedicated, flexible and full of love. To realize these kinds of qualities, it may be considered that the attitude of a teacher could provide a positive influence on students’ curriculum literacy. Teachers should possess strengths to encourage thinking and cognition while providing character formation for learners. It is also essential for them to provide a systematic and holistic approach to learning. Admittedly, children nowadays are very curious to discover new learning. This would be a big help for an idealist teacher to provide feedback that would help learners improve themselves.

Being an idealist educator, the teacher should properly talk to her learners in a good way wherein there is a respect on the importance of each other’s task. This should be considered to appreciate the students’ ideas and belief for the achievement of a good result.
