Friendliness and enthusiasm will go a long way. Make your students feel at ease and excited to learn.

Establish class behavior guidelines, ensure that the students know exactly what is required of them in the class.
4. Classroom Discipline
A purposeful strategy for dealing with disciplinary problems is important in preserving order and an environment conducive to learning. This will be somewhat controlled by school protocol.
5. Inspire with Enthusiasm
The goal is to find a part of the subject matter that interests you and go with it. Your emotions and enthusiasm will be reflected to the students.
6. A Sense of Humor is Essential
Having a sense of humor can uplift the moral of the students and even teach them how to make the best of unplanned circumstances.
7. Be a Part of Students Lives
When the students sensed that you time for them and interested in them as a person are usually more willing to learn in your class.
8. Listening Skills
We want our students to listen attentively, as educators; we should model how to be a good listener. Don’t overspend on lecturing; our job is also to listen.
9. Give the Very Best
Make a promise to yourself and to your class to strive for the very best whatever the circumstance is.
10. Your Job Can’t Be Everything
As with any job, it is greatly important to have a good balance between your work and personal life.
