Based on studies and observations, many teachers today specifically the newly hired find that they are unprepared for the reality of the classroom. Knowing this situation, the school needs to implement a mentoring program that will help and support the new teachers.

                                These new teachers must be trained and monitored on classroom management, discipline, difficulties with parents and they must be provided with sufficient and appropriate teaching materials and guides suitable to their teaching needs and condition.

                                The encouragement and support of the school administrators, staff and fellow teachers are vital in developing the new teachers in school. If we want them to become dedicated teachers, we must be patient in dealing with their weaknesses so as to maximize his or her effectiveness in the classroom.
