Education is essential for everyone.It is the level of education that helps people earn respect and recognition. It is indispensable part of life both personally and socially. Why do we say that everyone must obtain an education to be successful in life? This is one of many questions that people ask education. It is a rope that carry us to greatness. It is one of the most important things in life. An educated person has the ability to differentiate between right and wrong or good and evil. Education helps one to understand himself better; it helps him realize his potential and qualities of human being. It helps him to tap into latent talent, so that he may be able to sharpen his skills. And most importantly, Education hones somebody’s inner self holistically so that he may live for a better life.
As what the poem of Dorothy Lau Notte says, Children learn what they live. It is the foremost responsibility of a society to educate its citizens. Thus all social institution should provide all the support for a better education. Family plays a great part with this matter for the very foundation lies on how an individual is being nurtured by the significant persons in his life. Secondary to this, government, community school and other agencies of society should foster positive enhancements in honing one’s individuality. Truly it may take one lifetime to build a village but a slowly but surely step will still be a great leap for the 21st century goal of Education which is learning for life.
A coliseum will be lighten up by a hundred of lights yet, a room can also be lighten up by a single bulb. Nobody or nothing has ever started with big thing, some times those which started with little of everything accomplish things with greatness and enjoy sweetly the fruit of their labor. Likewise to education, the trail may be difficult and the roots to it may be bitter but hey! Its a life-long process in which one has to tread its rough roads. One has to feel its edges and learn its curves to realize and know its impact to life.Work for it, achieve for it and aim for it as learning will never stop with somebody who dreams big
