As they say, good impression is lasting. It is a familiar line we can hear every now and then. Every thought, feeling and words that we show and speak to others leaves a print of our personality.

Bad impressions oftentimes leave negative reactions and varied presentations of disgust even arguments depending on the mood of those involved in interactions. On the other hand good impression illuminates the better side of human encounter as it elicits encouragement, understanding and agreement that lightens up the atmosphere even in a gloomy setting.

In the present time when almost everybody is trying to recover from the experience of the Covid- 19 pandemic the impressions we impart to one another becomes an expression in our daily social and economic life. As the pressure of the effects of the pandemic is gradually subsiding, we must understand that the people we know, be it close or mere acquaintances are all deserving a space to move forward the road to recovery. On our own, we too are struggling to put priority matters in good stead. At this recovery stage no one will not be comfortable with unnecessary interference more so when it is not healthy, conducive and helpful to the other person. In situation such as this, the atmosphere is pressurized that can lead to depression of the person who might have been slanted and hurt.

Depression is one of the common concern nowadays. People tend to focus on the bliss of surviving as the pandemic taught us a valuable lesson that in life nothing is really permanent. When depression creeps the drive to be better is hampered. Depression usually sends away a good purpose to discouragement and worse failure. When depression hits the core of man, be assured that nothing good about dreams and aspirations to do better in the recovery period will be dimmed.

To make impressions beneficial for all is to make the good ones contagious, they are those that lasts in the challenging times. They are the seeds that will soon turn out the good harvest. As we sow the seeds in any situations we are in, we are actually encouraging others to reap its benefits.

In a world full of disappointment and misgiving all of us should be able to overcome depression. There is nothing better then but to leave marks of good impressions to one another one day at a time without getting tired of thinking, doing and saying that all of us will overcome in the post pandemic environment.
