What is exactly meaning of motivation?
Have you tried to lose your motivation as a athlete, mentor, coach
or a second parent to our players?
Motivation is an act to give moral, physical, spiritual and emotional
support to everyone. It will increase the desire of individual to do
the task even though there’s a possible to failure.
There are 4 E’s to motivate our Athletes to embrace
their chosen sport/s.
First E
Encourage- the athletes to take a time to discover their
hidden potentials in sports like Training, lot of practices to gain
skills and techniques.
Second E
Explore –once we encourage our athletes and their chosen sport, so we let our athletes to explore the world of sports to become observant; what kind of technique that they will use in the competitions. Give them a time to study their skills to gain good and positive outcomes.
Third E
Experience- Let our athletes to experience how to play their chosen sports in field. This is one away to gain and have lots of development in their sports especially in their skills. Once they experienced their game, they will be having bases of information if she/ he lostor won the competition.
Last but most important E is;
Enjoy- Enjoying the game is one way to motivate our athletes, give their time for bonding with their co- athletes and you as a coach or mentor like sharing their experienced game during the competition and it will also develop their socializing aspect as well.
