Ipads are one of the gadgets that the youth of this modern generation is hooked on. In the advent of our fast-paced economy, many of those students used gadgets to play and learn. They can use ipad all-day without limitations. Gadgets or ipads are very convenient to use even in the classroom. Why? It can easily access everything and it’s just yourwhole set of computer or your laptop inside your small bag. A very little object but can do the gigantic thing for the humans. During the mass hiring of new teachers, majority of the newly-hired teachers are still young and still in the bracket of being a millennial. And so, it is a good thing that teachers are well versed of the modern technology that our learners is up to right now. They are also using iPads as a tool to become more innovative educators and this in turn led to improved classroom learning. Educators and Learners still have the connection to improve the students’ learning. Many of them read more easily on the iPads; they willingly did research for projects, and as we moved forward they could write and edit on the iPads using keyboards. It also can make a realization for the other traditional teacher that is refusing to use technology as their tool in teaching. They can now see the relevance and the convenience of using technology inside the classroom. Also, research says that iPads have the potential to level the playing field for all the students. Using a Project Based Learning (PBL) framework, they found out that iPads can be used to guide the learners in the long term projects and in daily core subjects. The explicit intention of using iPads in school was to reach the diversity of the learners in the classroom. More specifically, we used iPads as a research tool, for reading books, practicing facts, writing books, sight word review, for creating videos, podcasts and slide shows, and the list goes on.

The bottom line was that when we mixed training with support we create a successful and innovative learning experience for teachers and their students.
