He Department of Education is striving so hard to uplift the present condition of the Philippines educational system. Different strategies and techniques are presented to encourage a better result.

K-12 is curriculum is now its fifth year of implementation and continues to achieve great success.  Senior High school is now its first year of implementation there are many issues and concerns being face but it will continue to post through.

An additional hiring for senior high school (SHS) teachers is ongoing. DepEd has raised the bar for the qualification for new teachers’ applicant. National Certificate (NC I& NCII) is highly needed, with specialized trainings and seminars.

As to improve the quality of education in the country new sets of seminars and trainings were designed to address the needs and in order for them to do better in their craft. It serves as the basis used by administrators to evaluate how effective were there techniques and strategies used by the teacher. An administrative may also suggest other points as for the betterment of the teachers and students as well.

DepEd believes that all these are beneficial not only on the part of the educators as well as the facilitators of learning. It will contribute a lot in the enhancement of the curriculum as to ensure the promotion of quality education which served as the key in the advancement of the Philippines in the years to come.
