Education is important to all! This is the key to success to every individual, family, community and to the country as a whole. The Doped Program known as the Indigenous Peoples Education (IPED) recognized the IP culture that gives opportunity to the life of Indigenous Peoples like Aeta
here in Bataan. This program subscribes to the right –based approach, which gives primarily importance to the principles of participation, inclusion and empowerment because Indigenous Peoples (IP’s) remain to be among the most vulnerable and marginalized members of citizenry.
Manny IP’s communities continue to lack access to decent basic social services and they have limited opportunities to engage the mainstream economy and suffer economic and political exclusion.

Nowadays, even though there is school accessible to them, many of these are limited or no capacity to provide culturally appropriate education. And now we have a program IPED wherein
it gives emphasize to the needs of IP not on the learners but the whole members of community as well. The IPED advocates the promotion of indigenous cultures, traditional knowledge, identities, skills and other aspects of their cultural heritage. In that way they will encourage to pursue their
studies and it is easy for them to participate well in the different activities inside and outside
of the school. Step by step they will realized the importance of education to their lives and see the beauty of life doing right things so that they will become a productive, effective and competent citizen of our country.
