Classroom manager is one of the critical roles of a teacher. It takes a great pact of effort to be an effective classroom manager. Teacher who is valuable classroom manager can provide an environment in which teaching and learning process can flourish. On the other hand, a disorder, no apparent rules or procedures guide and a chaos environment reflected by a poorly managed classroom wherein both teachers and pupils suffer and worst effective teaching and learning cannot take place.

            Research shown that the teacher-pupils relationships are wrap and woof for all other aspects of classroom management. It is also found out that that high quality teacher- pupils relationship lead to less disciplined problems. According to Robert J. Marzano (2003) most of effective teacher-pupils relationships are characterized by three important teacher behaviors. First, having an appropriate levels of dominance. Teachers can have it by establishing clear behavior, clear learning goals and exhibiting assertive behavior. Second, having an appropriate levels of cooperation. This is characterized by showing concern to the needs, opinion, strength and weaknesses of the pupils. Interaction and communication between teacher and pupils is very important to develop the level of cooperation. Finally, teacher awareness of high-need pupils.. Teacher should know the family background of each pupil and should be more conscious on the feelings and problems of the pupils.

            It is very important to balance teacher- pupils relationships that are keystone to all aspect of classroom management which also has great impact on pupils’ achievement.
