- PEER TUTORING IS VERY EFFECTIVE. For example, if you want to implement a reading program, get the top 10 students from Grade 6 and ask them to teach Grade 1 pupils.
- DEVELOP YOUR STUDENTS’ MULTIPLE INTELIGENCES. To showcase the different talents of students, join inter-school competitions on various fields and have monthly programs.
- RECOGN IZE YOUR STUDENTS’ DIVERSE SKILL, and recognize and encourage them to hone their talents. Provide positive reinforcement through awards and certificates.
- TAP ALL RESOURCES AROUND YOU, AND MAXIMIZE THEM. Do not be afraid to ask for help from your community, because so many people are willing to lend a hand.
- PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT IS THE KEY FACTOR in making any school activity a success. Consistent parent-teacher meetings are a good start. “After each periodic test , we have a generalassembly for the parents, where make important announcement. After that, they go to their respective classrooms to get the report card. If they have any questions about their children’s progress, the teachers are always willing to answer them.”
