In order to achieve a successful education system, the following key factors must be ruminated:

Mission, Vision, Goals and Objectives.  A school must have a picture or a dream for itself for what it wants to be.  It should have educational goals to be aspired in order to direct the school in its proper direction.  It should also have specific objectives to be achieved for the immediate future.

Set of Values.  The values emanate the kind of school that exists.  The character of people in the school is reflected in the values they uphold.

Curriculum. There should be a curriculum to be implemented.  The curriculum and its core subjects and skills must adhere to the needs of the learners and must coincide with the needs of the society.  The curriculum must match the industries and workplace in the country.

Pedagogy. There should be a combination of academic rigor and structure.  There is a theory of learning behind everything.  They don’t just do things for the sake of doing it, there is a framework of learning.  There mustbe systematic methods to be followed by the officials and educators.

Highly qualified teachers.The teaching profession is highly valued and well-respected.  That is why, it is required for a successful education system to put teachers who are competent enough to educate the learners, to work on for their holistic development.  Furthermore, they are not only qualified but also competitive and diligent.  They should be dynamic and cooperative.

Learning environment and facilities.  The classroom in a successful education system is a very interactive space where students can meet and answer the challenges of the teacher.  The facilities generated should answer the needs of the learners in their search for knowledge and learning experiences. 

Community linkages.  The school must be linked and connected with the people in the community.  These people are still your stakeholders and they would suggest things which will be beneficial to the learners and to the school as well.

Parent-Teacher Partnership. A positive relationship between teachers and parents will help in attaining educational goals.  The teachers will be gladly doing their roles as long as the parents are in support with them.

Ample Resources. An education institution will not materialize without sufficient funds to be utilized.  Realistically, a school needs adequate budget to realize its goals and objectives.
