Education is important. It plays a vital role in the development and transfer of knowledge through one generation to another .generation especially to our kindergarten children, whom we consider as the most important asset of our nation.

In today’s   K-12 Education program, Kindergarten will now be an integral part of basic education system. Kindergarten Education shall be mandatory and compulsory. It shall apply, to all elementary school system being the first step of the child’s formal school.

The kindergarten Education program is an early childhood education service that caters all five year-old children. In this stage, young learners were to develop not only their intellectual skills but also their motor skill, expressive and receptive language skills, self-help and other readiness skills. It is to maximize the holistic development of one’s life.

Thus, Kindergarten Education will ensure children’s readiness to tackle formal instruction in grade 1.It will be a great help for all grade 1 teachers as our young learners are now ready for formal schooling.

Viewing it, all the Department of Education released the approval of kindergarten Education Act that provides equal opportunities for all children to avail accessible and mandatory Kinder Education.
