A teacher is someone who respects the most next to your parents. They are the people who provide you to deal with the outside world. But the question is, who is greater to be a teacher, male or female?
In a classroom scenario, very common we see female teachers as the notion says, teacher is our second mother. To have a mother’s touch in school, teachers would have to be a lady. Nonetheless, others find more comfort and ease with male teachers. Why? How?
Typically, a male person is built with more vigor and strength due to which he can handle spare bit of stress or can teach for a few lengthy hours. Male teachers are better discipliners while females are known to have a softer side that can affect the discipline actions taken on naughty students; better leaders because of the fact that men habitually play the dominant role in the family whereas women play the passive role; and better emotion controller because of having better focus in their work and have certain ego that makes them to do their best in their job.
Furthermore, some says male teachers are more chill, easy to be around, more funny, less stressed. They don’t try to mother students and it’s comforting. They are more cogent and just.
As far as teaching is concerned, it depends on many aspects which depend on individual persona and awareness that how effectively a teacher delivers his or her lessons to the students. It generally depends on the knowledge, preparation of the topics which one decides to teach, teaching methods and notes. A person whether male or female can equally be effective in teaching if they he or she has the proper knowledge and preparation for the topic.
However these have nothing to do with the efficiency of teaching. Also how much you can learn from your teacher also depends on how much attention you pay in the classroom. May it be a male or a female teacher. You should place them correspondingly and show equal respect to them. If you generate this kind of dissimilarity between them, you will never be able to learn what they teach you.
