Have you heard that laughter may help much in classroom management to  promote effective learning?  With the fast track of life, the living conditions of teachers are making most people miserable and full of stress. Most teachers would be seen with unhappy faces and tense looks. During this computer age, teachers need the world`s best medicine laughter. Proverbs 17:22 of the Bible, states that a happy heart is like a good medicine.

Laughter helps control pains by distracting attention, reducing tensions, changing expectations, in order to increase the body`s  endorphins,   the body` natural pain killers, taking on creating a degree of anesthesia and don`t feel the pain   as much because your mind is not stressed.

It is true also that classroom situation should be given stress by the teacher to be safe, to avoid negative emotions, to release tension of pupils, to be comfortable and to begin the naturally in daily routine.

Humor inside the classroom promotes fine relationships of teacher and learners. Humorous stories in relation to the subject matter can create individual thinking and ideas to support their beliefs,, to push them to react and to reason out using Fish Bowl  Strategy  in teaching. Through discussions, the bright ones can change a negative frame of mind into a positive one that may cause laughter, so that learningtakes place as discussion goes deeper and deeper.

A good laugh helps the body and mind relax. Muscles contract as we laugh. This means that laughter with correct appreciation promotes physical health of learners and teacher as well
