Leaders are the people who makes all the decisions, they handle big problems and at the same time receive all praises.  They can control, instruct, guide, evaluate and also motivate others whom they dealt with.  They are the persons who “LEAD the SHIP”, where they learn to give their best to sail forward to a good direction.  They learned to give up their powers and gave it back to the people who needs their sailing power.

Sailing in different directions, trying to do everything and entrust others to sail in the same manner, they create a good relations to move to the best direction which is “SUCCESS”.

Leading the ship, which I always compared to an organization or a group of people with only one interest is not an easy task.  Empowering the others and giving them the power to make decisions is something that is very difficult to do, they are held responsible for those people who beneath them.  If those people who sails and fails to produce the same directions or path, the blame of all falls on him/her.  Leading the ship in good hands can make a difference.

Empowering others is true difficult, but a leader who lead the ship, train, mentor and shares experiences can gain trust to the people behind him/her. By sailing the ship slowly to where it will go or  by turning their power slowly, they can lead and watch people to make sure that they “see” what the leader “sees”.
