Likewise, a successful manager of school is also versatile to change. A genuine leader knows precisely that changes are truly inescapable, in this way he/she must plan, act, and grasp changes with a positive attitude. Each leader who oversees school should make fundamental plans and strategies on how to adjust and to be flexible in this fast-changing world.
A 21st-century leader is being innovative. School leader in this century is a leader who produces inventive thoughts that gotten to be the premise of developments. This kind of administrator is somebody who is open to research-based output and is ready for the progression of innovation to be applied in his/her particular school for the benefit of all the pupils.
A dedicated school leader makes beyond any doubt that all instructors, guardians, and students are appropriately trained and equipped at all levels in conveying other modes of instruction. It is clearly right and reasonable not to be used in a conventional way of teaching. It is truly a high time for everyone to acknowledge the reality that education is continuously in its evolution and changing. In this way, a leader ought to see that a person, particularly future leaders must have the boldness to stand up in this reality of life.
May a great school leader along with teachers and stakeholders never disregard to construct a community of long-lasting learners who are intelligent, innovative, and problem-solvers who will be universally competitive and hope in this country.
