Leadership is lifting a person’s vision to high sights, the raising of a person’s performance to a higher standard, the building of a personality beyond its normal Limitation (Drucker), also resiliency must be also observed in a leader.

The ability to succeed, to live and develop in a positive way…despite the stress or adversity that would normally involve the real possibility of a negative outcome.” (Cyrulik, B, 2009). But, what makes one resilient? Positivity, confidence, persistence, make adversity meaningful, overcoming risk and challenges are few of its characteristic. Leadership traits on the other hand are: emotionally stable, dominant, enthusiastic, conscientious, social boldness, tough-minded, self-assured, compulsive, high energy, intuitive, mature, charismatic, team oriented, empathic among all others. Combined this together you will be a resilient leader than can lead and guide rightfully. One can have a team that works harmoniously towards one goal. Your day will be more productive and stress on work could be easily avoided through great leadership. A good leader will have a good community and family support system like at work, mentor at place of employment. A less more problematic day ahead. But sometimes being a leader overwhelm some individual, to the point that they no longer accepts other’s opinion and let their ego speaks for themselves. Personal feelings and emotional attachment to others should be avoided especially when we are leading a large group of people. Leadership is not about power, its about intergrity, is not about the title is about responsibility, is not about the fame its about learning and helping each other reach the top
